Jackitup, correct me if I'm wrong, but the little smoker on that site seems more like a gas smoker than a gas-assisted smoker because it only has a little wood box to smoke small chunks, rather than a cooker that burns wood and gas. Maybe I should ask what is the difference in a gas smoker and a gas-assisted smoker?
