I have been cooking comps and catering since 1993 started on a brinkman up right ,then went to webber bullets , then a lang 84 now i cook on 2 FEC 100 with the IQ4s great cookers out of all i have cooked on i think the pellets are by far the most consist and by far the most cook friendly if you have been cooking for 4 yrs then you probley know how to turn out good tasting Q.
