Branden Sir - I believe Darcy was still talking about BBQ - a BBQ restaurant.
I'm sorry, but I think you are one the opposite end of the stick from many of us around here at this point. Nothing wrong with be a certified Chef - I'm sure you've mastered the challenges - it's NOT a BBQ Pitmaster.
