Yeah Kelly - it's a crazy deal. Fed law changes a few years ago and the weak economy - it's a "money-maker", just like any other traffic violation. They start looking :(

We've tried to play it low key but it does become a nightmare if one of these "target" vehicles is involved in an accident. We have a whole slew of new hoops we have to jump through.

Another example of the law getting passed and applied, probably not with the intent it was written, but the language is flawed thus it casts a HUGE net :(
