traeger question

My little tex blew the fuse to the themostat and after further investigation the auger motor was frozen up.I replaced burned motor only to have it blow the fuse again.I asume the auger is binding somewhere beacause of the motor flexing quite a bit.Has anyone had this problem and where do I start.
