Pork Butt Hack Job

I noticed below someone said they never get anything but meat and fat in their pork butts. No need to trim because that's all their is. I have to disagree, especially lately. At least half of my pork butts (usually out of a case) have bone chips and some rather tough sinewy looking stuff on the top of the butt. I've had to extra trim a lot of my butts lately due to this. Anyone else experiencing this?
