5lbs pork butt cubed
2 1/2 Tbl salt
2 1/2 Tbl smoked paprika
1 1/2 Tbl cayenne
1 Tbl garlic pwd
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp bk pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp cure #1
Season meat, grind, stuff in hog casings, smoke at 170 til 152 internal
