Where are you at Fischer? In the upstate of Carolina we pay roughly 8-10 dollars per rack for Smithfields raw St Louis cut spares at the local grocery store chain (BiLo) normally and knock a couple of bucks off when they are on sale. I haven't seen them on the shelves in a few months though, and I have noticed the price of all the meats around here have gone up lately.
