Only one meat(brisket), you will need 2-3 people per pound depending on crowd. A mix of women, men and children go 3 people per pound (47lbs of finished product). All big eaters (guys) go 2 people per pound(70lbs of finished products). Now that is finished product, go get you two cases and enjoy any left overs.
