I'm glad to see someone else commenting on the headache MSG can cause. I'm sorry Mike that you get 'em, I KNOW they're painful as my wife gets a migraine cluster if she eats the stuff and I have to watch her suffer for several days. Being a judge she never knows what has it and what doesn't so it's been a bit of a game of roulette so we've had to limit her judging.
Why can't people just go on the merit of their meats without enhancing them chemically?
