I'm not trying to be negative or argumentative but the only response I ever get is "if you're allergic to the chemicals that are added then you shouldn't judge" instead of some thoughtful response as to why people should keep using the bbq equivalent of steroids in sports to the possible detriment of others?
Again I ask, why can't the meat just stand on it's own merit? Why chemically enhance it unless it's more about the $$$ than about the art of BBQ?
I've had some fantastic meat that I know was not enhanced with MSG so I know it's possible.
Just kinda wondering...
