It's a Canadian/European cut with extra loin meat from rib 3 to 6 or 7 included. So it's lots of loin.
The rule says shoulder/butt/picnic. There will be an article in next months Bullsheet plus there's a rep advisory that will be in place that says Pork is defined per US standards and they will quote the Pork Board or whatever it is. I've made it down to New Ideas motions in the MP3 and it's been a long haul.
