But I keep hearing of a well known mid-west team that showed up in the KC area last year with a mesh bag (think boneless ham) of boned pork and it was found, in addition to the butt they used for inspection. They do pretty well in pork, typically. This is a fairly persistent rumor in the circles I travel. Would it have been collar maybe? Who knows. They were not DQ'd and went on to do well in pork.
