2 bricks soft cream cheese
2 cups shredded pepper jack
1 can rotel
1 thawed/drained brick of chopped spinach
In a pan on the stove over low to medium heat, melt cream cheese, add pepper jack til it melts, add rotel, add spinach and mix well. Heat thoroughly and you can put it in a crock pot to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
