pronounced PEE kay. Its usually a home made vinegar based sauce from a variety of small hot peppers. If you like tamales, try our pasteles. If you like blood sausage try the morcilla (pronounced "more SEE ya") it isn't hot but is usually loaded with typical PR seasonings like Culantro which I can only describe as Cilantro on steroids...
