That's what I really meant Ford... if they changed to breaking on the second rib.. then it might be considered legal.

I doubt they'll change their technique that much.. but if they really wanted the competition bbq customers they would.

I don't know that anybody outside of SRF even knows where they break their shoulders.. we're just assuming it's out there somewhere. Probably correctly I might add.. but we are just assuming becasue of what they name it.
