Almost have to see the recipe, but just off hand if it's from scratch I would give it a month tops, and that is assuming there is some acid in it to help the shelf life a bit. I just found some sauce from a year ago the still smelled and looked great, but for the mold around the edge of the plastic container.....not all things spoiled look or smell so. Must err on the side of safety!!
