I too disagree on one issue - how is it fair for a team with 2 or more KCBS members to attempt registration at multiple events when one man teams like Scottie, Ford, and many others, could only throw their hat in one ring at a time?

Those teams had 2, 3 or 4 chances to get one draw; Scottie, Ford and others had ONE chance for ONE draw. That's not fair and I would stand beside the Board Member that felt action was warranted.

Another scenario - local elections are coming up in many parts of the country. I WANT to be an elected official; so I enter into the City Council, County Commission, School Board, and Community College races in hopes to land one. Dat's not too fair.

As a disclaimer, I hee-hawed around about entering the Sam's Series and finally decided to throw my hat in. I was a few minutes late and hit the waiting list. Before the registration period closed I was fortunate enough to get moved up and completed the process. I never once thought about having my son (a KCBS member) also entering somewhere to ensure us a spot.

Just my opinion.
