Okay...since were kinda twins I'll step up on the box...

I love cooking barbeque, I like experimenting with different woods, rubs and techniques. There is a great history behind barbeque and I love learning about that....

But now ya got these guys who toss down several hundred dollars, but a FEC (I will say that I have one as well) and go out and cook a contest not ever having had to learn fire control or experiment with times and temperatures, rub, sauces or woods. It's like a game of golf, buy some fancy clubs, some one on one with the club pro and now your a golfer.......I just think there is more to barbeque than that.......just my opinion.
