Tough business, and very few in it keep good records.

Every roadside deal is different, traffic counts for each location are different.

You can figure your own margins, we don't know your costs or competition.

From my experience(I did this for several months last spring) it's an iffy deal at best. I had a location that on paper should have been a honey hole, but the sales just were not there on a daily basis.

Catering is much more lucrative.
