When it comes to manual slicing, and I have a great manual slicer myself. But if you are looking for a good home use slicer, go to Cabela's web site. I bought the bigger one they have and love it. I still hand slice alot of what I cook, but if I'm doing a catering or a big back yard party, I use my Cabela slicer.
