We run them for about an hour and a half. Sometimes they are really tough and don't get soft for 2 hours. We fill the cavities up with brown sugar, all spice, cinnamon, and sometimes maple syrup with a bit of butter. We don't cover them.
LOve doing spaghetti squash on the grill too.
