Commercial smoker opinions please!

Opening a BBQ Restaurant, planning to get an Ole Hickory SSG for the kitchen, as well as a commercial smoker on a trailer to use for backup, off-premises, etc. We are considering a Fast Eddy's FEC500. Does anyone have opinions on this? Should we go with another Ole Hickory/Southern Pride instead? How does a Fast Eddy's cook compared to an Ole Hickory? Thanks for any advice
