As mentioned you can get propane anywhere and easily hook a fixed unit up to natural gas. Nothing to store. One of the most positive things to me is with a OH if you want to cook something that needs no smoke you simply add no wood. Pellet cookers you always have smoke on things.

Also found out from a friend that ya can get flavor from these gas cookers:)
