Thanks Juggy. I have always suspected that but never took the time to do the math. I have heard that the finished product tastes better when your cook it with the bone in but I have no proof of that either. I never did a side by side taste taste test either and probably won't do that either. So now I will just keep on cooking boneless breasts and thighs. Actually I like the boneless thighs better.
