Thanks for doing the rest of the math problem for me, Tom. I was wondering what the break even point for me would be for buying the bone-in chicken breasts compared to the boneless. The cheapest I have seen bone-less skinless breasts was 99¢ per pound.
My son asked me the other night why I don't cook chicken wings anymore. I told him that wings cost two bucks per pound and the majority of the wing is skin and bones. I remember back when wings were 29¢ per pound. Who would have ever guessed that boneless/skinless breasts would be half the cost of wings?
