as a go vols guy myself, season ticket holder at neyland, and being familiar with the bbq world, i will tell you this; bad byron knows what he is talking about. i can tell you the next batch of chicken i cook in my bbq joint here in ormond beach will be marinated as he suggests. i just used the buttermilk with crystal hot sauce and some spices. can't wait to see what the itilian dressing does to it.
