Take a slice of meat, most often brisket or thin slices of steak, and wrap it around your finger. Set it on edge on a bed of baby greens then flare out the upper side. It looks like a brown blossoming rose (hence the name). It is impressive for presentation, but it could easily be considered a "marked" container.
