Hi, Rick. Funny you should mention that. Yes, all the Weber covers I've had over the years do seem to shrink over time. After about 4 years outdoors they gradually tighten and become tedious to put on/take off. But, in fairness, I must consider the possibility that my smokers are suffering middle-age spread and that shrinking covers are being blamed. Good Q'en On Ya'. John
