we have an FEC 500 and use 4 100s here in ormond/daytona beach. very happy with them. last bike week the 500 stayed on for two weeks straight; ribs during the day, pork and brisket by night. eddie and the people at cookshack are great also. wish i had enough room for a 750 but don't. gonna do my best to get a 500 in a trailer when the money tree blooms.
