OK, good to know. I'm not sure how much lower the temp. is at the cooking grate than at the lid, but I'm estimating probably 25 degrees. So, I'll be cooking at about 275, close to your 265 cooking temp. I'll start checking them every half hour after they have cooked for about 3 1/2 hours. Many thanks.
