Took me a while to learn the following:
1 Run of foil 0-180
1 run of foil 90-270
add water as needed
Remove water pan when finished cooking(allows for hotter temps to partially clean grates), remove foil from water pan when still warm after remaining water is dumped ( I carefully dump into coals that I have put in aluminum pan), then wipe with paper towel. Easy....
