Question for all that replied, how do you avoid the dark streaks inside the meat from the injection..tried the checkerboard method, tried injecting top and bottom and side, angled injections..always get dark streaks inside the meat. Is it avoidable? I use Moores Marinade and beef broth mixture which is dark to begin with. thanks Bob
