I hate to ask this question again but I cant seem to find the information in the archives. How long can I hold whole pork butts in a cooler. I plan on taking them off the smoker at 190-195 degrees. If I wrap them in foil and put them in the cooler, what is the maximum amount of time that I can hold them above the danger zone? Again, I know this has been asked and answered many times. Thanks in advance for any replies.
