This is how I do Corn Beef at my place.
Rub corn beef with favorite rub.
Smoke for 4 hours @225
Place Brisket in a hotel Pan, cover with water half way up the meat.
Add Corn Beef Seasoning, cover with foil and put in the oven @200 for another 10-12 hours.
Boil your red potatoes and cabbage until tender, drain, slather with butter, granulated garlic, salt and pepper.
Serve with yellow mustard and malt vinegar.
