I will be catering a graduation party for 125 people this May and need some help all we are responsible for are the meats which will be Pulled Pork, Brisket and Ribs. I am not sure how much to cook I was thinking 8 pork butts (7-9 lbs/each), 3 briskets (9-12 lbs/each), and 10 slabs of spare ribs. I have tryed use a few catering calculators out there they are just big and have to much information for what I want. Does anyone have a simple way to figure this out? it will be a mix of Men/Women/High School kids/Children. Any help would be great.
