i've got an idea i'm going to try tonight. i have some left over(cooked) corned beef. i'm going to core out a head of cabbage, insert butter, garlic, lipton onion soup(dry), cubed corned beef, and maybe swiss cheese. wrap in foil, and cook on the smoker for an hour or so until soft. i've tried cabbage alone before, and its great. corned beef pizza is good too.
