Heck... I remember being comped to my first event just so they would have enough teams for it to be a qualifier.... this is my first vist to the form in well over a year or more and no I longer cook competitions..... its more fun catering for group of hungry folks big or small and getting more complements that mean more than a ribbon or any trophy. Word of mouth has allow us to grow each year even in todays economics..... I sure Wish I could play you the phone message i received the other day from a Ducks Unlimited Chapter I cooked for... well worth 50 times the weight of any ribbon or trophy.....
