This post is directed to pellet users, Which pellets do you use for what meat?
I've been using Cookshack Hickory but just bought some BBQr's Delight Pecan and Cherry.
Does anyone change pellets during a Competition say from Brisket/Butt to Ribs then again to chicken. I don't imply completely emptying the hopper but pull it down to the auger and adding a different flavor?
Does anyone Mix pellets for a blend? I blend Cherry with Hickory on my Kingfisher at times.
I know I'm probably over thinking this but I wonder what the pellet of choice is for folks using them.
