not a lot of help so far... prolly tired of taking about NYC BBQ lol.
Daisy May has good Q on the west side. Extreme small, beat up sort of environment.
Hill Country BBQ around 26th and 6th has good stuff too. My favorite. Replicates the style of the Austin Hill Country places (think Kreuz, Smitty's, Luling). Hokey cowboy place, but good stuff.
I also like Dinosaur up on something like 133 and 11th?? Near Fairway. again, hokey cowboy deal, but I like the product. They cook on some nice J&R Oyler pits up there.
Some like Danny Meyer's Blue Smoke, east 20s, but me not so much. Most upscale of the environments. Not my ideal, is all.
