Well, there's still too much snow out there to pull out the BBQ Pit...but I need some brisket! I'm craving some good meat! So, anyway, I've got a small 4 pounder flat in the crockpot along with some brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, a little ketchup, some onions and a couple of Bay leaves. Got it cooking on low so it will be ready for dinner. BBQ it is not...but Brisket it still is and this will have to work for now.
