Sorry, I can't help you on where to find points or much else in KC (sorry if I'm hijacking the thread).

I love burnt ends! When judging, the teams that turn in excellent burnt ends helps the taste & tenderness scoring. Beyond competition and burnt ends, what good is a point? In all the points I have cooked, the meat is so full of gristle and connective tissue that it just isn't good eats.

What am I missing about points? The only one in my house who love that cut is the dog.
