Mix some au jus with worcestershire and some rub. Heat till it blends maybe put some green peppers and onions it. You can use some beef consume also might cut it with a bit a water since its pretty salty. Then get some philly cream cheese put a little worcestershire sauce in it and maybe a bit of garlic and heat it up so its all melty and gooey. Then use cheese as a spread on a hoagie bun, dip brisket in au jus till the meat gets hot then pile it on the bun with some green peppers and onions. My brother and I call it a kansas city cheesesteak...ya know cause we are from there :). They are delicious and puttig them in the hot au jus till the meat is hot should soften it up a bit and add flavor to it. You get a smokey brisket philly. Cook up some home fries or country potatoes to go with, cant go wrong. The breakfast idea look awesome to.
