Well - LOL - there appeared to be about 4 small pieces in each cryo and there were 5 cryos in the 58 lb box - so each chunk was only a couple lbs probably.

Dave of Butchers BBQ said they'd be ok to use for just pulled pork but would cook faster - but I choose to take them back and trade 'em for regular butts first thing this morning.

While the packaging label was correct, the Sam's market and pricing label was incorrct showing the box to be regular ol' pork butts. In one sense I felt bad returning them because Sam's has to "destroy" them reportedly, but darn it - it's not what I wanted.

I may actually buy a single cryo of them sometime and give them a try just to see how they compare and maybe drum up some other uses for them.
