I just sold my trailer mounted Traeger 200 and glad to get it out of the way. If it wasn't one thing something else came along. I have cooked on the larger Ole Hickory and Southern Pride rigs. I like the set and hold temp option on the Ole Hickory and that would be the only difference from the SP. The FEC 500, I hear, is a very nice unit but I have no experience on them.
