Ran the FEC100 for the first time yesterday. Just did some chiken legs and a salmon. The time was right on, but the temp really jumped all over the place. I don't think it is a big issue, but I am used to my Superior being rock solid at the temp I set the Guru at. Do these things stay more even if they are fuller? The product turned out great using BBQers Delight hickory pellets so I am not real concerned, just curious.
