I got a ziplock baggie of curry powder that supposedly contains some ghost pepper. I don't know much about curry, but I do like things spicy. So it's time to educate myself. Any suggestions on how to use this? I am thinking I will sprinkle some on some chicken thighs and put them on my WSM this afternoon. Maybe baste with butter.
Someone suggested that I coat a rack of ribs, but I'm unsure about that. Steve Raichlen's rib book mentions that curry is one of those ingredients that should be used sparingly in BBQ, But is that just his opinion?
