Marinate boneless, chicken thighs and shrimp with that curry, blue or yellow butter spray and coconut milk (about 50/50), S&P to taste and do on a screaming hot grill wok. I did that last nite and have eaten almost all of it, trying to save some for sandwiches tonite.
