Let's just say if you clean out your cooker before the first comp of the season.....make sure you clear the grease drain out before you start to cook. We had the brisket and butts in foil on the cooker but the ribs were on and we had us a good old fashion fire in the cooker. Smoke everywhere. But the ribs were fine and we took 8th overall against some tough competition.
Them Oakridge rubs are the bomb!!!!
