All entries are not good food and I am sure you have judged some excellent as well as some bad. Example some over smoked so much it is bitter, some tastes like lighter fluid, brisket so tough you could tow a truck with it.I have seen judges at the tables I have judged at load there coolers with examples like these. Why would that be if they did'nt come to get a take home meal.
